3 - What are Negotiable RFPs?
Negotiable RFPs (NRFPs) provide an alternative to the ‘Contract A-B’ RFP approach for public sector organziations. Suppliers responding to procurement projects utilizing the NRFP model require an understanding of the similarities and differences between the two approaches.
